Sincere condolences. Russell and I worked together at the City of East Palo Alto for a number of years. I am sorry I just learnt of his passing and it is with deep regret that I write this message because on my bucket list was to schedule a golf game with Russell B. as we fondly knew him. He handled the city's finances adeptly at a time when the city had very little. He would have been proud of the strength of the foundation that he laid down that the many who hardly know him have stood on or are currently standing on.
