ATTY. RUFINO ACOSTA ORTIZ SR. July 19, 1914 – January 12, 2019Rufino A. Ortiz, 104, was a World War II veteran, a teacher and a lawyer. He was a graduate of the University of Manila with degrees in Bachelor in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Education and Bachelor of Laws. He practiced law for more than 25 years, served as a Judge of the Justice of the Peace for 2 years and was elected number one Councilor of Urdaneta.He was survived by his 8 children, 22 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his wife, Maxima Pajatin Ortiz, his daughter, Araceli Pajatin Ortiz, and his grandson, Joseph Gilbert Ortiz.
