It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Mr. Rudy Santos Fernandez. Mr. Fernandez was born on May 17, 1948 in the Philippines and passed on June 13, 2022 in San Francisco, California at the age of 74. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Hayward, California.
