Rowena Masana Mojica is now at the hands of the Lord. Rowena entered heaven peacefully at her home in Union City California surrounded by her loving families on June 22, 2015 at 11:55 pm.Rowena Masana Mojica was born on October 17, 1939 and raised in Indang, Cavite Philippines. She was the eldest daughter of late Pio Vicedo Masana and Gumersinda Alano Masana.She was family oriented, religious, smart, loving, generous, honest, thoughtful and funny. Her selfless manner ensured others were taken care of prior to her needs. She was a good dancer who taught folk dance like Rigodon de honor, and other traditional dances to students and town mates during special occasions. She and her husband loved to travel, while enjoying each other’s company, their experience learning different cultures was priceless. Being Cursillista and a devoted Catholic, she never missed attending a mass. She has a strong faith and belief to God. She is a real “Angel”, no doubt, beautiful inside and out. She was the “Mother Theresa” of the families. A role model to everyone.She is survived by husband Floro (married for 52 years), daughters Wenyflor, Cleofe (Dean), Maricindy Therese (Francisco) and two grandaughters Cassandra Taylor and Gianna Isabella. Siblings Angel, Gloria and Amy and their families along with Michael, Eunice and Manuel and their families. Her older brothers Marino and Ricardo preceded her in death.
