It is with great sadness that we regret to announce the passing of Rosario Rubio, 102. Rosario was born on March 8, 1920 in Mexico, and passed away on March 31st, 2022 in Windsor CA. She will be truly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home and Cemetery in Hayward CA .
