Rosario Polo Prado's Obituary
Rosario Polo Prado of San Leandro, California passed away peacefully on February 24, 2021. She was the daughter of the late Pio Polo and Priscila Ragos Polo of Oas, Albay, Philippines.
She was married to Jaime Prado (formerly of Camaligan, Camarines Sur, Philippines) for 52 years.
She was a teacher at the Colegio de Santa Isabel in Naga City, Philippines, and the Camaligan School District in Camaligan, Camarines Sur, Philippines before moving to U.S.A (California) in 1985.
Rosario was a devout Catholic and a member of various religious and civic organizations of the San Francisco Bay Area.
She is survived by her loving husband Jaime, her son Joseph Prado and his wife Joy of Madison, Wisconsin, her daughter Cherrie Prado of San Leandro, California, and her daughter Daisy Beckwith and her husband William of Dublin, California. She is also survived by three grandchildren whom she loved dearly: Jaimee, Joshua, and Jonathan Prado of Madison, Wisconsin.
She is also survived by two sisters Rita (Wen) Redoblado of Huntsville, Alabama, and Ciony (Romeo +) Osial of Legaspi City, Philippines.
She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her half-brother Jose (Teresita +) Rebutiaco Sr. of Polangui, Albay, Philippines, and her sister Josefina (Vic +) Reburiano of Oas, Albay, Philippines.
She is loved immensely by her family, relatives, students, and all who met her.
