Rosalia Montoya Cordova's Obituary
Rosalia M. Cordova, 83, a resident of Union City for 44 years, entered into rest in Union City on March 22, 2002. She was born in Belen, New Mexico on October 13, 1918. She was married to Manuel DE. Cordova in New Mexico in 1944 and they eventually settled in California. She was an active member in church throughout her life. She made many friends and will be missed by all that knew her.She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Manuel DE Cordova of Union City. Two daughters, Ruth Womack and Kimberlee Morales and a daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Cordova. Sister of Bertha Smith, Rachel Hanson, Eunice Montoya, Ray Montoya and Bert Montoya. Grandmother of Leilani Fernandez, T'Marii Lopez, Daniela Morales, Monica Cordova, Analicia Azpeitia, Daniel Cordova and Moses Cordova. Great grandmother of Monique Lopez, Memorii Lopez, Manuel Morales, Freddie Ortiz III, and Alethea Ortiz. She was preceded in death by her sons, Daniel David Cordova and Daniel Manuel Cordova.Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, March 27, 2002 from 5:30PM to 8:30PM at the Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home, 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA 94544.
