Mrs. Munguia was a resident of San Leandro, Ca and she was born on May 14, 1962, in Mexico to parents Carlos and Rosaura Munguia. She passed away on June 17, 2023, in Union City CA. She will be truly missed by her family and friends; we ask that you please keep them in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
