Ronald Alcon's Obituary
Ronald Dean Alcon, age 62, entered into peace on February 25, 2015, surounded by his loving family. An only child born to Hedy and the late Peter Alcon in Union City, Ron attended James Logan High School and Ohlone College. For many years he worked at Blue Cross, later moving on to work several years at IKON. As an avid lover of softball an baseball, begining when his father was the coach of his little league, Ron grew up to be a local baseball coach himself for many years. He loved the SF Giants, awesome T-shirts, his car and birds. He is survived by his mother, Heady Alcon;beloved wife, Elaine Alcon;daughter Ronda (Mike) Prichards, grandchildren Dylan Thiffault and Logan Prichard;son Jason (Kristen) Alcon, grandchildren Madison, Ethan and Gracie Alcon; step-daughter April (Calivin) Tenner; step-grandson, Malik Lambert; step-dughter,Jessica Custodio;Smokey the cat;and the late Jack and Puff the cats. He is preceded in death by his grandson, sweet baby Sean Alcon and dad, Peter Alcon, who was his all time hero.
