Born on October 10, 1950, in the Philippines to Bonifacio and Ambrosia Rivera, Romeo lived a life marked by quiet strength, unwavering devotion, and a deep sense of family. His presence in their lives was a steady beacon—always ready with a listening ear, a helping hand, or a story that made them laugh.
He will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his quiet wisdom, and the way he made others feel seen and valued. Romeo’s legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew him, and his memory will continue to inspire kindness, patience, and love.
