Roberto Intengan Galano's Obituary
Robert Intengan Galano, 75, of Fremont, California, passed away on April 24, 2022.
Robert was born in Manila, Philippines on October 3, 1946, to Ricardo Dumbrigue Galano and Rosalina Artiaga Intengan Galano. He attended high school at Paco Catholic School. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from De La Salle University and a Masters in Business Administration from Golden Gate University. He married Mildred Morales in San Francisco in 1970.
Robert worked for 45 years as an international financial executive for the shipping and cruise line industries as well as the nutritional supplement industry prior to retirement. Robert enjoyed travelling, reading, watching sporting events, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Robert is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mildred; children Reginald (Sheri) and Reena (Brian) Thomas; grandchildren, Riley, Joel and Evan; siblings, Ricardo Jr., Saturnina, Rolando, Renato, Raul and their spouses. He was preceded in death by his father, Ricardo, Sr., his mother, Rosalina, brothers Romualdo and Rogelio, and infant sister Yasmin.
