Robert "Bob" E. Jacobs, 64 passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2001 at his home in Hayward, California. He was born on September 9, 1937 in Alameda, California. He was a resident of Hayward for 21 years and prior of San Lorenzo, California. He was a wonderful and dedicated husband, dad and grandpa. He was a Machinist by trade, working at United Can & Bay City Iron Works for 20 years. His priorities in life were his family, friends and church. He was actively involved with his church, United Church of Christ in Hayward with the UCC Marriage Encounters Expression and part of his church's "Love Circle". He enjoyed camping with his family and friends. Bob was very special.Bob is survived by his beloved wife of 21 years, Sharyn C. Jacobs of Hayward, California. His loving children, Annette Garcia of Sparks, Nevada, Christine Bridgeman of Fremont, Deborah Lockhart of Los Angeles and Ken Jacobs of Hayward, California. He also leaves behind two dear sisters, Arlyne Schroeder of San Jose, California and Roberta Betts of Levan, Utah.
