Robert Ynzunza's Obituary
Robert M Ynzunza, a resident of Newark, CA passed away peacefully on June 21, 2018. He is survived by his children Robert Ynzunza, Tom Ynzunza, Sharen McDonell and Karen Bradley. He has 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren with two more on their way, a boy and girl! He also has a sister Virginia who is the eldest of five – now the last, and not to forget many nieces and nephews! We are all blessed to have had him in our lives showing us life lessons with the ups and downs and he will be greatly missed!Robert was in the Air Force/Thunderbirds for 20 years retiring in 1968 with rank of Master Sargent. After retiring from the Air Force, he worked at the Lawrence Livermore Labs for 20 years. Upon his final retirement he settled down to spend his days with family. He and Mom traveled and he threw himself into many hours on the Family Tree after learning how to work on an old Mac! He gave us many family memories and the history of the Ynzunza’s and moms family, the Melendes’. Thank you! God Bless, God Speed!
