Robert A. Eastman's Obituary
Robert A. Eastman Resident of Fremont March 20, 1938 – Dec. 25, 2008 Mr. Eastman passed away at his residence on 12-25-08 in Fremont. Born in Racine, Wisconsin, Robert is a Vietnam vet who served 20 years in the U. S. Army. He retired in 1978 and worked for a brief time at Jones Hamilton in Newark. He was an active member of the Newark Moose Lodge #539. He is survived by his wife, Joyce, of 46 years, and his two children, Garrie (daughter) 45 and David (son) 41, all from Fremont, Ca; two sisters, Beverly Christopherson and Beatrice Olsen and numerous nieces and nephews of Racine, Wisconsin. Services will be held on Friday, January 2, 2009 at 1:30 pm at the Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward, Ca. Interment to follow at the same location. In lieu of gifts or flowers, please make a donation to the Newark Moose Lodge in Bob’s name.
