Rita, You’re forever in my heart. There are no words to express how much you effected my life with your kindness and loving spirit. I will always remember the sweet moments of conversation where you always made sure to be 100% present. Rita, I sorry that more people will not be able to share your smiling face and welcoming hello. I also enjoyed seeing you in out-patient when I came in either to see a patient or just dropping in. I will forever remember Rita. I was her coworker at St Rose Hosp. I had been there for years before she “fluttered” into the “Rose”. I knew from the moment she arrived that Rita was special. Its like I waited or didn’t come alive until Rita came to work. She was extremely personable;loving everyone, always speaking to anyone; greeting every single person as if everyone was special. She didn’t care if you were the CEO, the best surgeon, the housekeeper, her boss, a delivery guy, the scheduler, a doctor or pizza delivery person; Rita greeted you. Everyone knew Rita and everyone loved Rita. She was loveable, she was kind; she was energetic, intelligent & bright; she was truely remarkable..she had a smile so big and beautiful, she lit up a very dark room. She was that angel that fluttered into Saint Rose Hospital Outpatient Surgery Center. An angel that we very much needed and will never forget.
