Rita A. Dias' Obituary
Rita Dias, a 13 year resident of Napa, Ca. entered into rest at her home on Thursday, September 12, 2002. A native of Rochester, N.Y. born on December 28, 1924. She enjoyed golfing, knitting, water painting, volunteering at Queen of Valley Hospital in Napa and loved to travel. Prior to moving to Napa, Rita was an Alameda County resident for many years. Dearly beloved mother of Gregory Dias of Scottsdale, Az., Special grandmother of four and great grandmother of two. Rita was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth G. Dias, son Kenneth A. Dias, Jr., sister Dolores Gordon and brother Gene Gonsalves. Friends may attend a Graveside service Friday, September 20, 2002 at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home, with visitation held 2 hours prior to service. A Memorial service will also be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, September 21, 2002 at First Christian Church 2559 First St., Napa Ca. Contributions can be made to the American Heart Association P.O.
