It is with great sadness that we regret to announce the passing of Rick E Helms, 41, resident of Hayward CA. Rick was born in California on October 22, 1981 and he passed away on September 5, 2023 in California. A memorial service will take place on Saturday September 23, 2023 at Chapel of the Chimes from 4pm - 7pm. We ask that you please keep his family in your thoughts during this difficult time.
