It is with great sadness that we regret to announce the passing of Richard Borgess Rapoza Jr., resident of Newark, CA. Richard was born in Hawaii on January 23, 1931 to Richard Rapoza Sr. and Adeline Arial. He passed away at the age of 92 at his home surrounded by family on November 3, 2023. His is survived by his loving wife Barbara and two daughters, Paula and Sancha. We ask that you please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
