Cooper, Richard A. Sr. Entered into rest on Saturday August 14, 2004, following a short illness. At the age of 76 years. Dearly beloved husband of 42 years to the late Joyce Elaine Cooper. Loving father of Diana Hopkins of Hayward, Linda Torre of Union City and Rick Cooper of Hayward. Loving grandfather of Michael and Nicholas Torres of Sacramento, and Jason Cooper of Salida. Born in Santa Maria Ca he has resided in Hayward for 71 of his 76 years.Friends and family are welcome to attend a visitation on Wednesday evening, August 18th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a vigil service to be held at 7:00 PM at Chapel of the Chimes, 32992 Mission Blvd, Hayward CA.
