Remelou Dizon's Obituary
Remelou Dizon, beloved mother and wife passed away on January 12, 2026 at the age of 62.
Remelou was born in Tubao, La Union, Philippines to Isidoro and Elori Mabolo on February 11, 1963.
Remelou was a mother to Nathanael and Angelina to whom she raised with love and devotion in San Leandro, CA with her husband Narciso.
Remelou worked as a lab assistant at Kaiser Regional Laboratory for 40+ years in the chemistry, microbiology, and histology department.
When she wasn’t working, Remelou had a passion for gardening. Her vast array of botanicals brought life to our home, leaving our neighbors in awe. She had such a creative and resourceful mind, which even included the ways she strived to be active when possible. She enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood with her cats Randy and Boots, her furry little companions. Known for her youthful energy, she could be found keeping rhythm with a hula hoop or staying active on her stair master, always ensuring she kept moving with a smile. But it was on the ballroom floor where her spirit truly shined. She moved with a grace and precision that made dancing her greatest passion and an art form that perfectly captured her elegance and her vibrant heart.
Remelou is survived by her siblings Raymund, Regina, Rigida, Robert, Rosanna, and Rudolfo. Though her dance has ended, may the memory of her joyful laughter and effortless grace continue to move us forward—finding her spirit in every song, every dance, and every moment of lighthearted play.
