Remedios C. Armas' Obituary
Feb. 27, 1942 – Jul. 27, 2008 Remedios passed away peacefully on the afternoon of Saturday, July 27, 2008 surrounded by her family at the age of 66. “Remy” was born and raised in the Philippines and lived in the Bay Area since the early 70’s. She loved cooking, spending time with her family and collecting antiques. A devoted mother and grandmother, Remy is survived by her son, Eric (wife Susan), daughter, Stephanie (husband Maynard) and grandchildren, Sarah and Matteo; and many other loving members of her relatives and friends. The viewing will be held on Thursday, July 31st at 5:00 pm, with Rosary Service at 7:00 p.m. and Funeral Service on Friday, August 1st at 10:30 am. Both services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes, 32992 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA (510-471-3363).
