Regina Eileen Kasch's Obituary
Regina Eileen Towne Kasch, age 61, passed away Friday December 13, 2013 in Beaverton, Oregon following a short illness. Regina was born December 25, 1951 in Colorado, daughter of the late Thaxter W. Towne and Joanne West Ridgway. She graduated from Del Norte County High School, Crescent City, CA, then attended Humboldt State University and graduated from University of California East Bay with a Bachelor’s degree. She worked for Kraft Foods for many years in the Bay area before returning to Crescent City to take care of her step father John Ridgway. After his death she lived in Denver, CO for several years before moving to Beaverton, Oregon to be near her sister Paula. Regina enjoyed helping others and was an active supporter of numerous charities. She was also an active member of Colonial Dames XVII Century, Daughters of the American Revolution, National Society Daughters of The American Colonists, National Society Daughters of Colonial Wars, National Society United States Daughters of 1812, and was working on papers for the Plantagenet Society, the General Society of Mayflower Descendants and the National Society Magna Charta Dames and Barons. She is survived by her sister Paula Towne McRonald, half sister Sherrill Lewis, half brothers Timothy and Danny Towne and her Aunt Bette Springer Larlee as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be missed by many.
