RAYMOND DUANE EVERHARTOct. 24, 1943 – Feb. 24, 2007FAIRFIELD – Born in Sioux City, Iowa, Ray graduated from Central High in 1961. He spent three years in the U.S. Navy and after being honorably discharged, he began his career with Pacific Telephone. He retired from the phone company and began a new career as a real estate agent. When his beautiful wife, Sharron, retired, they moved to Keyesport, Ill., to live out their retirement years.Ray is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Sharron; daughter, Beck Bittner; son-in-law, Brian; sons, Donny and wife Andrea Everhart and Bill and wife Jackie Everhart; eight grandchildren; and one great-grand-child.His love of life, enthusiasm and optimistic point of view will be sadly missed.Bill will be laid to rest at Chapel of the Chimes, 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward.
