Ray Allen a long time resident of Castro Valley passed away in Paris Texas July 7, 2002. Ray is survived by his wife Edith Allen of Paris Texas, his children Jim Allen, Johnnie Allen, Lynda Safreno and Janet White, and his twin sister Faye Parker, he is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
