After the birth of their eldest daughter, Ritika, they moved to Union City, California and welcomed their second daughter, Puja.
Raman went on to work in the dental field for over twenty years. She loved her life and home in San Ramon, California. The unexpected passing of her beloved husband, Sunil, was a major blow and turning point in her life. She persevered by building community and has a vast network of friends and family around the world. She loved to travel, drink the finest wine, play rummy with her friends, knit, and host dinner parties. She had a sharp wit and strong sense of style, and a very loving and comforting presence that extended to everyone she met. She is famous around the world for her butter chicken, her sweet laugh, and loving presence.
She will be deeply missed by her friends and family. She is survived by her daughters, Ritika and Puja; dear dog Zoey; her siblings, Rekha, Ranju, and Rajesh; and her mother, Sudershana Jindal. In addition, she will be missed by her beloved nieces and nephews - Nick, Yash, Anna, Kanika, Pallavi, Ashank & their children, and her many friends who are like family.
Just like her husband, she can check out, but never leave.
