RAJESH PRASAD SHARMA's Obituary
Rajesh Sharma Rajesh, fondly known as Raj, entered into eternal rest on the morning of June 4th, 2014 at Washington Hospital in CA, USA after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Raj was born on March 11, 1959 in Fiji. He did post-graduation from the University of Bombay, India. He came to the US in 1991 and has been an IT systems specialist with Genentech ever since. Raj is survived by his wife and daughter, Mala and Aditi Sharma; father, Shiv Narayan Sharma; a sister and four brothers. Raj was free-spirited and kind hearted – a dedicated husband, an awesome father and loved by all. In his spare time, he never sat still, always fixing/crafting things around the house. He credited his wife to be the inspiration behind his creations. As an engineer, he went to great lengths to learn and master new ideas. He lived his life with integrity and spreading joy around him. He was an avid soccer fan and sports aficionado. Memorial service to honor Raj’s wonderful spirit, joy, and peaceful departure of his soul will commence at 1 PM on Saturday, June 7th.
