Rafael B. Barbante passed away at his home in Concord, Ca. on February 22, 2012. Born in the Philippines on October 24, 1916, he ws 95 years of age. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 29, 2012, from 1~9 pm in the Reflection Chapel. Friends are welcome to attend a Funeral Service at St. Anne’s Catholic Church 32223 Cabello St. Union City on Thursday, March 1, 2012, at 10:00 am.
