Rachelle Denise Brown's Obituary
Rachelle Denise Smith was born on September 8th, 1968 at U.C. Medical Center in San Francisco. She was the 1st child of Artis and Carolyn Smith. They lived in San Francisco for a couple of years then moved to Union City in 1970.
Rachelle went to James Logan High School and graduated in 1985. Over the years, Rachelle was employed as a CNA at Valley Pointe Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Castro Valley for many years, then went on to work at Antioch Convalescent Hospital and most recent Country Place Assisted Living, both in Antioch.
In 2001 Rachelle met Anthony Brown and they were married 4 years later. On April 4th 2005 they celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary.
Rachelle was preceded in death by her brother Kevin Smith (2000) and father Artis Smith (2009) She leaves behind to cherish her beloved husband Anthony, her mother Carolyn Smith, niece Kristina Smith, Aunts; Lillie Eagling, Vivian Robinson, Carol Smith, Uncles; John Smith (Rosie Lee) Carl Smith (Erma), and a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.
