Prisca Belen's Obituary
“Inay Baet” as affectionately called by her children and grandkids was born September 1, 1934. A remarkable person with deep faith in God and source of strength to her family. She was the only sister of four siblings who has gone ahead. She is a native of San Marcos, San Pablo City, Philippines, whose feast day is April 25th, the day she went peacefully with the Lord. She was a high school alumnus of Our Lady of Fatima Academy, graduated with bachelor’s degree in Agriculture at University of The Philippines, and got her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Elementary Education at Laguna College. She taught Elementary Agriculture at San Pablo Central School until she retired. She is a devout Catholic and member of Carmelite group in San Pablo City. She was the beloved grandmother to John Andre and wife Aileen, Peter John and Irene, Noel William, Matthew Henry and wife Esther Rose Delos Santos, Aaron Jed and Alvin Jay Apilado, Iana Christine Belen. A proud Great Grandmother to John Dave and Frances Elise Belen, Paul Athanasius and Rosalyn Marie Delos Santos. A loving and caring mother to Lolit and Henry Delos Santos, Ceril and Estrellita, Tess and Ding Apilado, Efren and Tina Belen. She is a widow of Melecio Belen, her husband of 61 years, whom she has been longing to be reconciled with in God’s Kingdom
