It is with great sadness that we regret to announce the passing of Pratap Chand, resident of Hayward, CA. Pratap was born in Fiji Islands on November 5, 1943 to Ram Jas and Chandar Dei. He passed away at the age of 80 on November 6, 2023. We ask that you please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
