It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Pilar R. Sochayseng. Mrs. Sochayseng was born on November 11, 1941 in the Philippines and passed on July 5, 2022 in Fremont, California at the age of 80. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home Hayward, California prior to the cremation at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park and Funeral home in Hayward, California.
