Phyllis Straub's Obituary
PHYLLIS VIOLET STRAUB Phyllis Violet Straub went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 27, 2006, with her family by her side. She was 89 years old. She is survived by her daughter, Carole Judd; sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Linda Straub and Michael and Margie Straub; seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Eugene Straub, and son-in-law, Patrick Judd. Phyllis was born September 19, 1917 in Oakland, CA, and spent most of her life in Hayward. She enjoyed the last seven years of her life in the loving care of her daughter, Carole. Phyllis was a longtime Sunday School Teacher. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband. She was a kind and loving mom, Grandma, and Friend, who will be missed by all. Family and friends are invited to the CHAPEL OF THE CHIMES MEMORIAL PARK AND FUNERAL HOME, 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA, to attend the Funeral Service on Thursday, November 2, 2006 at 1:30 p.m., Interment to follow.
