It is with profound sadness that Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home announces the passing of Phillip Kong Lim . Philip was born on January 19, 1935 in China. At the age of 87, Phillip quietly slipped away from her earthly bonds on January 10, 2023 in San Leandro CA and gently entered into eternal rest. He will be forever loved and missed by her devoted family and friends.
