Philip Dela Rosa's Obituary
Philip Balbuena Dela Rosa , 66, of San Francisco returned to God, June 13, 2016. Philip was born on December 25, 1949 in the Philippines. He graduated from Mission High School (San Francisco, CA) in 1966. He went on to work for Southern Pacific Railroad and later Union Pacific Railroad and retired from the railroad after 37 years of service. Philip was a “Faithful” Forty Niner fan and also loved the Warriors and Giants. He had a strong love for music and electronics. He was known for instilling a strong sense of respect for family and all people in general. Philip is survived by three children: daughter, Katrina and her husband, Erick and their children Ethan, Aidan, and Leah; son, Philip and his wife Shawna and their children Philip, Jacob, and Shyla; son, Andrew; brother, Galvin and his wife Helen; brother, Abe and his wife Perla; sister, Rosie; brother Roger and his wife Virginia. Philip is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
