Ayala, 85, of Manteca, CA, passed away December 18, 2018.He was born in Fremont, CA on March 31, 1933.He was married to Margaret on April 12, 1993.Philip worked as a warehousemen/ and as a Barber over the years.He had a passion for cooking, fishing, spreading the gospel, praying for people.He is survived by his children Kathrin Ayala Cash, Felecia Martinez, and Sebastian Ayala. He has 9 Grandchildren: Julia F. Santos, Victor M. Martinez, Steven P. Martinez, Nichoals J. Martinez, Marcus S. Martinez, Arianna N. Ayala, Kristina M. Avalos, Daniel P. Ayala. Siblings: Samuel Ayala, Tony Ayala,and Theresa Escobedo. Preceded in death by his wife Flora Ayala and grandson Manuel James Santos, his parents Miguel and Antonia and siblings.Funeral arrangements will be held at 11:00 am, Sunday 30, 2018, at Chapel of the Chimes-Hayward.
