It is with great sadness that we regret to announce the passing of Phan Thi Nguyen, 85. Phan was born on November 23, 1937 in Vietnam and passed away on March 9, 2023 in California.
We ask that you please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Her funeral will be on Friday March 24, 2023 from 9am-1:30pm with a witness cremation to follow.
