Percy Williams, 85, of Fremont, passed away August 17, 2019.He was born in Port Gipson, MS on February 28, 1934. He was married to Mildred Williams on August 21, 1960.Percy worked for General Motors.He was survived by his children Donna Perry, Janyce Prothro, Monique Kirby, Eddie Walker and Kenneth Ross.Funeral arrangements will be held from 10:00 am – 11:00 am August 23, 2019, at Palma Ceia Baptist Church in Hayward, CA.
