With great sadness we regretfully announce the passing of Penny Lee Jackson. Penny was born in Utah on August 27, 1959 and passed at home in California on May 5, 2021. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward, California. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
