June 28, 1936 - April 14, 2020
Extra caring husband of 61 years, loving father of 12 exemplary raised children, doting grandfather of 33 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren, uncle and friends to many, Pedro G. Suratos Sr., 83 years old of Fremont CA, passed away peacefully on April 14, 2020.
Pedro was born on June 28, 1936 in Mapandan Pangasinan, Philippines. He was a Civil Engineer and a University Professor back in the Philippines. He came to the US in 1977 and worked for PACO, Pacific Pumping Company in Oakland for 15 years as Lead Journey man. Known to many at work as “the computer” because of his intelligence and photographic memory. Pedro is a man of few words but with vast intelligence and a big heart.
