Paula Jean Wheeler Apr. 4, 1957-Nov. 5, 2011 Resident of Union City, CA Paula passed away on November 5, 2011, she was 54 years old. Paula was born in Orange, Texas, to Bertha Pauline Moore and Randolph Quincy Moore. Paula was a resident of the Tri-Valley area for over forty years. She worked as a Quality Control Inspector in the electronics industry. On her own, Paula furthered her education and received an AA degree in nursing. Paula is survived by her sons Christopher Steven Seidler and Thomas Edmond Wheeler, Jr.; her grandchildren Brittany Rochelle Seidler, Johnathen Ryan Mcdermott, and Seth Aiden Seidler ; and her brothers Randy Quincy Moore, Jr., James Emmett Capley, and George Edward Capley. Family and friends are welcome to attend the funeral service Monday, November 14, 2011 at 1:30 pm at Chapel of the Chimes, 32992 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA. Chapel of the Chimes 510-471-3363. Published Inside The Bay Area on November 12, 2011. Funeral Service will be in the Reflection Chapel.
