On this day Sunday 6/22/25, at 3:30 am, I went on the One Place Christian app to pull up some of Pastor Paul's archived teachings after I waited for someone to get back from the E.R., that's how I learned of Pastor Paul's passing. Now that I stream everything, since we got rid of cable. I don't hear everything live. And I never heard it on Christian radio, while driving. So I obviously missed when his death was announced. It's actually like it just happened for me. I know he's cracking jokes with the Lord. I offer my prayers for his entire family.
What I loved about him was, the way he would laugh at himself and us. When he made a very valid point, that he was guilty of, and said {I'm paraphrasing here} you know you did/thought or said the same thing, c'mon, you know you did, let's not pretend. Also, how he was able to add such humor to Bible study, as to {NOT} make it boring/tedious. He truly had a talent for being a great Bible teacher. I miss that he's not here on planet earth with us, however, I'm so happy he's with the Lord!
To Pastor Paul's family:, I know you will miss him. You have even greater fond memories than we, the listeners, do; you lived with his talent and humor day in and day out, in his life. God Bless, this comes from a Philadelphia, Pa. listener, and such an admirer of Pastor.
Sincerely,
Lisa Doran
