Patricia Virginia Sawyer's Obituary
Patricia Virginia Sawyer, 79 passed away at Washington Hospital in Fremont, California on Tuesday, August 13, 2002. She was born to William Clyde and Edith Virginia King in Watsonville, California on July 24, 1923. She has been a resident of Fremont, California for 43 years. She loved gardening and she especially loved flowers. She was always feeding her birds and any others that would drop by. She and Lloyd loved to travel in their RV. They covered about ? of the United States. She was an excellent cook. She was a wonderful Homemaker for 57 years, her home was so clean, and it was worthy of the Sunset Magazine.Her parents, William Clyde and Edith Virginia King, her son, Barry A. Sawyer in 1974 and her brother, William 'Bill' King, preceded Patricia in death. She is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Lloyd Osmer Sawyer of Fremont, California. She leaves behind her loving son, Lloyd W. Sawyer of Hayward, California and a dear sister, Margaret A. Fitz of Scotts Valley, California. Family and Friends are invited to attend a Visitation on Monday, August 19, 2002 from 12 noon ' 1:30 p.m. with a Funeral Service to follow at 1:30 p.m. at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home ' Reflection Chapel with Interment to follow at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park; 32992 Mission Boulevard, Hayward, CA 94544.
