Pascual Kagaoan's Obituary
Pascual Kagaoan, 86, passed away March 9, 2021.
Pascual was a Colonel in the Philippines Air Force before immigrating to the US in 1978. He relocated his family in 1980 through hard work and perseverance. Before retiring, he worked as an architect for City of Oakland.
Pascual is survived by his beautiful wife, Angelita. He was a proud dad to three daughters: Aileen, Perlita (Andrew), and Mary Ann (Jeremy) and one son: Angelo (Brissa). Pascual was also loved by his11 grandchildren. He was a generous and kind husband, father, grandfather and friend, and will be missed by all.
