Pama Jill Meltz-Farnan resident of San Mateo of 3 years entered into rest in Davis, CA on September 9, 2001. Born Des Moines, Iowa. She worked at various hospitals in the Bay Area including Mills-Peninsula Hospital. A dedicated nurse. She was a loving, caring person to all she touched and had an adventurous spirit that took her to many places in the world.Beloved wife of Michael L Farnan of San Mateo for 3 years; Loving daughter of Fred and Gloria Meltz of San Leandro; Caring daughter-in-law of Lawrence Farnan, of San Mateo; Dear sister of Cori Ann Oxman of Lakewood, WA and Dean H. Meltz of San Leandro; Cherished sister-in-law of Edward Farnan, and Nancy Mathai; Many loving Nieces and Nephews. Memorial Contributions may be sent to the Breast Cancer Foundation, Multiple Sclerosis Society, or Planned Parenthood. Friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Monday September 17, 2001 at 10:00 AM at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home, 32992 Mission Blvd. Hayward.
