Pacencia Dela Cruz, a beloved matriarch and resident of Hayward, California, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2024, in San Leandro at the age of 93. Born on May 1, 1931, in Bulacan, Philippines, Pacencia led a life marked by strength, kindness, and devotion to her family.
She is survived by her six daughters: Amalia, Arlene, Agnes, Alma, Annabelle, and Alicia; three sons: Alfredo, Jun, and Antonio; 25 grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren, all of whom were the light of her later years. Pacencia’s memory will live on in the hearts of those she held dear, and her loving spirit will continue to inspire the lives she touched. She was “Nanay” to all of us.
