It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Owen Neal Mitchell. Owen was born on September 22, 1935 in Kansas and passed on June 20, 2022 in Fremont, California at the age of 86. Services will be held at 11am on Friday, July 29, at Resonate Church in Fremont, 40650 Encyclopedia Circle, Fremont, CA, 94538.
