Orfelina “Lina” Marasigan Castro, 74, was born 5/23/1940 in Lipa City, Phillippines. She was 1 of 6 siblings. She graduated from Far Eastern University in 1961 with a degree in Nursing. On September 12, 1964, Lina married the love of her life, Nicolas Castro. She worked as a Nurse for over 40 years at St. Rose and Kaiser Hospitals in both Hayward and Vallejo. Lina Passed away on August 9, 2014 peacefully in Vallejo,CA. She is survived by herdevoted husband, Nicolas, they would have celebrated their 50th wedding Anniversay next month, her children, Micheal Castro, Michelle Castro, Myra Castro Kuntz and Marc Castro, her only brother, Conrado Marasigan, Son in law,Matthew Kuntz, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends and St.Annes Church members.
