It is with great sadness that we regret to announce the passing of Ofelia Bernardo Start, resident of Fremont, CA. Ofelia was born in the Philippines on August 1st, 1950. She passed away on February 5 2024 in San Jose, California at the age of 73. We ask that you please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
