It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Ms. Ofelia Quinto Gonzales. Ms. Gonzales was born on November 1, 1938 in the Philippines and passed on May 13, 2022 in Union City, California at the age of 83. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Hayward, California.
