Norma Colina Basa's Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Norma Colina Basa. Norma was born on April 9th, 1935 in the Philippines and passed away on March 24th, 2022 in Union City, California. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends and all who knew her. Services will be held by Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward. We ask that you keep her family in your thoughts and prayers.
